Stacking The Shelves #17

stacking the shelves

Stacking The Shelves Is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews that spotlights books we are adding to our shelves, whether they be virtual or physical.

I missed last week due to RL obligations and I didn’t have time to post anything that wasn’t already scheduled. I have two that I received in the mail for review this week and one that I purchased as well. And also an immediate DL from Edelweiss.

18850676Palace of Darkness: A Novel of Petra by Tracy L. Higley (paperback)

This is the second book that I’ve gotten by this author, and I really loved the first one so I wanted to read this. She has a way with historical fiction, so I can’t wait to read this. Thanks to Booklook Bloggers and Thomas Nelson Publishers for the book!

20174424City of Stairs by Robert Jackson Bennett (paperback)

I’ve read great reviews for this one and I’m excited to read it. Thanks to Blogging For Books and Broadway Books!

22563913Myself In Blue by Renata F. Barcelos (Kindle)

I purchased this from Amazon and will be reading it soon.

20578610The Unhappening of Genesis Lee by Shallee McAuthur (digital)

I recently read a blog post about this book and saw that it was available for DL on Edelweiss.

I have tons of freebies from Amazon that I have gotten over the past two weeks but I don’t have time to post them all. I have been so swamped over these past few weeks, it’s ridiculous. Hopefully, I can get to post my reviews for the books that I have finished over this week, next week. By the time I get off work, I have things to be done around the house and I just can’t find the time to even look at my laptop. Plus, there have been 3 deaths in the family and I have attended funerals for those as well. I will get my groove back eventually. What books have you added to your shelves?

I love comments, and try to reply as often as I can. Know that I read each and every one.
