Maybe it’s the long, lazy days, or maybe it’s the heat making everyone a little bit crazy. Whatever the reason, summer is the perfect time for love to bloom. Summer Days & Summer Nights: Twelve Love Stories, written by twelve bestselling young adult writers and edited by the international bestselling author Stephanie Perkins, will have you dreaming of sunset strolls by the lake. So set out your beach chair and grab your sunglasses. You have twelve reasons this summer to soak up the sun and fall in love.

Featuring stories by Leigh Bardugo, Francesca Lia Block, Libba Bray, Cassandra Clare, Brandy Colbert, Tim Federle, Lev Grossman, Nina LaCour, Stephanie Perkins, Veronica Roth, Jon Skovron, and Jennifer E. Smith.

Why am I waiting on this? After devouring My True Love Gave To Me: Twelve Holiday Stories, I have no doubt that this one will be just as great. Plus, I love anthologies. And some of my favorite authors are contributing. What book(s) are you waiting on this week?

  3. Great pick for this week girl!you know, I’ve never been too thrilled to give anthologies a try? But now I’ve been seeing more and more of my friends pick them up and I’m like….well…WHAT’S SO GOOD ABOUT THEM ANYWAY? This one blows every bad thought I had about them out of my little mind. When you have so many great authors joining together and writing, YOU KNOW it’s got to be good. ◇♡
