I absolutely adore this series! Book one, Song of Blood & Stone, blew my mind. But after that ending of book two, Whispers of Shadow & Flame, I am ready for even more. I love this world that L. Penelope has created, and the characters are amazing. Just look at that cover!! I screamed when it was revealed a few days ago. Have you started this series? What book are you waiting on this week?

Girl you are going to kill me. Do you know I received the first book from the author and haven’t read it yet? I have no clue why because I’ve heard such good things! Since the third book is coming out, I definitely need to sit my butt down and read the first and second! The covers are also really pretty, and YASSS to a woman of color!

I haven’t read this series so I skipped over the synopsis. That cover though is gorgeous. I actually had to look twice because I thought they put Mila Kunis on the cover, lol.
