Stacking The Shelves #14

stacking the shelves

Stacking The Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews that highlights all the books we are adding to our shelves, whether they be physical or virtual. Only got a few this week, and I’m still trying to get caught up on my TBR books as well. So…. the books!!

Blood Red Road (Dust Lands Trilogy #1) by Moira Young Digital

This book is killing me slowly. I’m trying to keep reading because I was told that it gets better, but the dialect that this character speaks is trying my patience. I’m from the South, and I’ve heard some strange words but this is ridiculous. Pray for me and this book!

The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt audio book

A Game of thrones by George R. R. Martin audio book

Landline by Rainbow Rowell hardcover

I’ve already started GOT, because let’s face it, I’m obsessed with the show! I hate all the character deaths, even though I’m prepared for them because I’ve already seen them happen. George R.R. Martin should be ashamed of himself for breaking our hearts!! I will listen to The Goldfinch after I’m done with GOT, which won’t be anytime soon. So many hours to listen to! And I’m ready to read Landline. Rainbow Rowell is one of my favorite authors, so I can’t wait to read her next masterpiece.

That’s it for me this week. What books did you add to your shelves?
