Most of my books came during the week, but there are a couple that are delayed because of the snow. We didn’t get snow but Amazon just couldn’t be a good little retailer and send all of my books in 1-2 shipments. I’m not mad because I’m glad they were able to get these out the door. I told you I went on a book-buying binge and if my fingers had not cramped up when they did, I might have went overboard. Now, I definitely have to get that bookcase I was looking at in the furniture store. No more procrastinating on that front because the piles on my floor in front of the shelf I currently have are getting out of hand and I have to keep my cat out of that room.

SeaGrass Pier (Hope Beach #3) by Colleen Coble (paperback)
Thanks to Harper Collins for the book. I’m only on page 10 and I want to read nonstop. Definitely outside of my go-to genres, but I like to read Christian Fiction occasionally. The description intrigued me so I said go for it. You never know.
The White Queen (The Cousins’ War #1) by Philippa Gregory (Audio CDs)
Almost done listening to them, I think there are two more hours to go. I’ve seen some of the episodes on demand and I liked them enough to get the full story. As you know, I’ve recently become obsessed with audio books, so yeah I had to get them. I listen to them on my way to and from work, and while cooking dinner or cleaning.
Flowers In The Attic (Dollanganger #1) (paperback)
Petals On The Wind (Dollanganger #2) (paperback)
If There Be Thorns (Dollanganger #3) (paperback)
All of these are by V.C. Andrews. I have become obsessed with the movies on Lifetime, so I have to catch up and read book 3 before the next installment comes on. I know that I’m gonna fly through the first two books just to get to the third. I’ll buy the others before Lifetime shows them. Seriously, this has to be the most messed up family! But it is oh so good that I am hooked. If you haven’t read these books, go on demand and watch the first 2 movies. You will want to read the books to know what happens to this very wrecked family. I feel so sorry for them because of how it all started. Okay, enough ranting. Go and watch the movies, or read the books for that matter.
